Growing up in a dysfunctional family, drugs and violence were a normal part of Luke’s home and family life. Luke never fitted into this environment and knew he was destined for much greater things.

From a young age, Luke was fascinated with business, sales and psychology and has had many business ventures which taught him some essential do’s and don’ts. Luke has spent the past 13 years studying Personal Development, learning the secrets of how the world’s most successful and most conscientious people and businesses operate. After having a deep awakening experience, Luke began an intense journey to discover who he truly is and what he truly wants. Luke now travels the world sharing these secrets from stage and on videos so that others can achieve true success and happiness without having to spend 13 years learning these things themselves.

Luke’s main values are Freedom and Growth, “We can have everything in this life that we desire, but first we have to find out Who We Truly Are and What We Truly Want.”

The school system failed Luke in a big way and he was expelled from Primary School and sent to a Children’s Psychiatric Institution at 10 years old. After 6 weeks of assessments their diagnosis was that Luke was a gifted child and was acting out because he was not being challenged and supported enough at school. One of Luke’s primary motivations in life is to reform the education system for both children and adults so that other gifted people do not have to suffer in the way that he did. Luke believes that EVERY child and adult is gifted.

This frustration continued through university where Luke studied Entrepreneurship for four years whilst setting up several businesses at the same time. After graduating university Luke decided to try and find answers in the corporate world and spent six years working for one of the largest companies in the world.

After many successful years in various sales roles, Luke became the youngest Sales Manager in the history of this global firm and for a while thought he had found his passion. Helping people to succeed gave Luke a huge sense of satisfaction, he got to travel the world speaking internationally giving sales and business advice, even speaking in Chicago at the same event as Richard Branson. Luke transformed hundreds of companies over his corporate career, working with businesses ranging from start-ups to huge global enterprises such as Deloitte and Sage PLC. Now he had found his passion, Luke created a vision to start his own business as an international speaker, helping people to take their lives and businesses to the next level.

Within 6 months of truly committing to his goal of becoming a speaker, Luke had created a successful and profitable business as an International Speaker and Mentor, travelling the world fulfilling his vision to touch, move and inspire millions of people. Luke created an events management company called the StandOut Speakers Academy and also founded a charity initiative, ‘Helping Homeless’, which is a platform to offer coaching and healing to homeless people that are ready to be helped.

Today Luke’s mission is to raise the level of awareness and consciousness of the world to the point where everyone can live an empowered life, able to freely and openly choose how they want to express themselves in each and every moment.

One of Luke’s greatest joys is Mentoring and Guiding people and businesses to help them become aligned with the Grandest Version of the Greatest Vision of what is possible for them in this lifetime.
